Designed, managed and promoted this annual fundraiser in collaboration with Board Members, President, and community organizations, including Singing Out Las Cruces. Set up online sponsorships and ticketing through Eventbrite. Increased ticket sales, membership with sold out 240 one week before the event. 75% of ticketing at sponsorship level. Seating and meals completed in 30 minutes so it did not cause disruptions during the cocktail hour, awards and presentations.
