Project: Women Entrepreneurs Mean Business

Las Cruces Convention Center, New Mexico
Co-presented a regional conference with Program Director at Arrowhead Center and WESST Regional Manager. Designed the flow, room layout and break out networking hot spots for 250-500 people, consulting with sales/marketing at the convention center, local home furnishings merchant and a Mexico City based architect. Developed a cohesive brand identity and theme graphics, signage in collaboration with the Arrowhead Design Department to inspire and to activate a coalition of local Women Entrepreneurs in the Borderplex Region. Content include a policy 'hack-a-thon' with local, state and federal officials in partnership with the HP, VP of Diversity and Inclusion to draft legislative ideas and public policies around womens workplace issues. Additional speakers presented from San Francisco, Washington DC and New York.
